Anna Aglatova Biography
In 2005 she debuts at the The Bolshoi theatre in the role of Nannetta of Verdi’s Falstaff. Following this she is immediately invited to sing Pamina in Die Zauberflote.
In 2006 she is laureate of «Neue Stimmen» competition in Germany.
She has performed in Lincoln Center in New York, Salle Pleyel in Paris, Seoul Arts Center in Seoul, Megaron Moussikis in Athens, Musikverein in Vienna.
She has collaborated with such conductors, directors and musicians as Tugan Sokhiev, Evelino Pidò, Andreas Marcon, Vladimir Spivakov, Vladimir Fedoseev, Teodor Currentzis, Djivan Gasparyan, Graham Vick, Valery Fokin, Pier Luigi Pizzi, Enrique Mazzola ecc.
Since 2006 Anna is soloist at The Bolshoi Theatre. Today she is one of the most popular singers in Russia.
After her debut at the Vienna State Opera House in the role of Norina critics call her «the younger sister of Cecilia Bartoli».
Future engagements include her debut in the Concertgebouw and in Basel in the rol of Aminta of Vivaldi’s Alcina with Andreas Marcon and her the debut in the Opernhaus Zürich with the rol o Corina of Il viaggio a Reims.
